I offer a free email consult to see if we would be a good fit. I find this is the most efficient way to get started 🙂

Rates

I am licensed in both Arkansas & Texas. My rate is $150 for 60 minutes. I accept several insurance plans. I also have a sliding scale rate if you do NOT have insurance and can not afford my self pay rate.

I also am in network with a wonderful organization called Open Path Collective. If you currently do not have insurance, please check out the site! openpathcollective.org
They are a wonderful resource for low cost therapy. I believe everyone should have access to quality mental health services.

Cancellation Policy

Please give me 24 hours if you need to cancel an appointment. I charge a $50 fee for late cancellations. If you cancel the day of our session, unless it was an emergency, I will charge whatever I normally charge you for the full session.

Payment

Cash (Zelle, CashApp, Venmo), Credit Card , Health Savings Account, or FSA / Unless we have discussed prior arrangements, I will charge you the day of our session.

Please include your preferred days and times for sessions, specify insurance (if using insurance) and a brief idea of your main issues and/or concerns.
This works better than leaving a voicemail, as I check my email frequently throughout the day and will respond to you within 24 hours of receiving your email 🙂
